Job summary

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) in London seeks a Vice President, Cyber Risk to join the CISO function. You will lead risk oversight across SLB, embed risk management frameworks, and drive risk reduction across technology domains.

The role requires deep expertise in IAM, vulnerability management, cloud security, and incident response, plus strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership. Office-based at Triton Square, London.

Qualifications

• Expertise across cyber security domains including IAM, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Experience assessing risks from complex infrastructure, cloud environments, and third-party services.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory expectations for technology risk and operational resilience.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risk implications in complex technical information.
• Proven ability to produce senior-facing risk reporting and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of cyber and information security risks for SLB.
• Challenge risk assessments, control testing, and remediation plans.
• Monitor cyber risk profile, KRIs, and emerging threats.
• Collaborate with Technology, Cyber Security, and Internal Audit teams.
• Support regulatory engagement for cyber security and resilience.
• Develop and refine cyber risk methodologies and policies.
