Ada Infrastructure is seeking a Vice President, Commercial & Customer Partnerships (EMEA) to lead strategic hyperscale relationships and complex data center transactions. You will coordinate Investments, Legal, Engineering, and Delivery teams to structure and close deals that meet customer needs while protecting Ada's economics.

You will shape the commercial strategy, travel as needed, and partner with senior executives to drive growth across Europe, the UK, and beyond.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred.
12+ years in data center industry with hyperscale experience.
Experience leading complex data center lease negotiations and transactions.
Strong financial and investment acumen.
Technical understanding of data center infra (power, cooling, density).
Exceptional leadership and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilités

Own relationships for designated hyperscale customers and transactions.
Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex hyperscale deals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Investments, Legal, Finance, Development, Engineering, Delivery.
Ensure commercial terms protect Ada economics and manage risk.
Support Investment Committee with deal structures and risks.
Translate customer requirements into viable technical solutions.
Provide market intelligence for site selection and portfolio planning.
