The Opportunity

As VP of Commercial Management, you will:

• Lead and refine core procurement processes and capabilities to enhance project execution.
• Join the Infra Project Management Team, ensuring competitive delivery of large infrastructure projects at industry-leading cost and quality benchmarks.
• Shape and implement long-term procurement strategies that foster competitive advantages in EPC execution.
• Drive value creation and cost efficiency while proactively managing supply risks and developing new sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with strategic equipment manufacturers and service providers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative materials and suppliers to deliver first-mover advantages.
• Lead and develop a talented team of procurement and contract management professionals.
• Collaborate with corporate, operational, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement strategies across functions.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree and/or qualification with recognized bodies such as RICS or CIOB.
• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in procurement or commercial management roles within relevant industries.
• Experience in the data center sector is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on results, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) and IT tools such as Microsoft Office.
• High integrity, service-oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
