Position Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day client service activities alongside the team, supporting a growing client base across EMEA and LatAm. Collaborate closely with the Nordic client coverage team to support clients throughout their lifecycle, ensuring all client requirements are met. The role requires a solid understanding of asset management and the ability to execute tasks efficiently while keeping stakeholders informed.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure all client reporting and servicing needs are met according to client requirements and legal obligations.
  • Oversee the timely onboarding of new accounts, including UCITS funds, private fund vehicles, and separate accounts.
  • Understand clients’ investment objectives, mandates, and portfolio strategies.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, liaising with portfolio management and support teams globally.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their servicing needs are fulfilled.
  • Support clients with regulatory reporting across different geographies and client types.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal support teams to meet client needs.
  • Lead projects to improve internal client service procedures, aligning with industry best practices.
Key Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant industry experience, preferably with Nordic clients.
  • Knowledge of equity and fixed income strategies; familiarity with alternatives strategies is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with UCITS fund onboarding and inquiries, including segregated accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
  • Team-oriented, motivated, highly organized, creative, and proactive.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
