Group Details

Tradeweb's Finance function operates a global team across two different locations - New York and London. The department consists of over 50 employees overseen by the CFO based in New York. In London, the team is managed by the Managing Director, Head of International Finance.

Tradeweb is currently looking to recruit a Business Finance Analyst to join the International Finance team. The vision for this role is that the successful candidate will build a working knowledge of Tradeweb's products, pricing, systems and data as quickly as possible with help and support from a team of internal professionals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/expense analysis for the Emerging Markets division.
2. Compilation of internal reporting to Finance, Senior Business management, Product Management, Sales, and Investor Relations.
3. Ownership of business finance requirements for a subset of Emerging Market products.
4. Support modelling and pricing analysis for product offerings.
5. Day to day support for ad hoc analysis requests.
6. Project manage the finance setup in new markets, including regulatory compliance, tax structuring, and accounting processes.
7. Collaborate with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure all financial operations align with local regulations.
8. Lead the implementation of finance systems and processes in new jurisdictions.
9. Assistance with month end close activities including estimates, quarterly forecasting, and annual budget plans.
10. Administration and maintenance of existing database models used for reporting.
11. Management of one remote direct report.

Qualifications

1. Five to seven years relevant finance experience including commercial finance, business-partnering and/or an FP&A role.
2. Proven experience in project management which includes internal and external stakeholders.
3. Industry experience (in financial markets/e-platform).
4. Relevant university degree.
5. Desire to build a commercial understanding of the business - not just 'numbers in boxes'.
6. Excellent analytical skills and strong Excel skills (pivot tables/data modelling) and data visualization, software such as Tableau (essential).
7. Self-starter with positive attitude and able to work well in a team of professionals.
