A leading dealership is recruiting for a Service Advisor in Worcester. This role involves liaising with customers for maintenance and repairs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Volvo Dealership in Worcester. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
Basic salary of up to £32,000 plus benefits, with a bonus OTE of £39,000.
You will be well-versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment. Working as part of a team, you will ensure smooth workflow, meet and exceed targets, and upsell our full range of services.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Booking customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, liaising with the workshop to schedule workload.
2. Meeting customers on arrival and providing seamless service from drop-off to vehicle handover.
3. Updating customers on vehicle progress, authorising additional work, and making follow-up calls.
4. Coordinating with Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
About you
You should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport quickly.
A well-presented individual with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally with targets related to satisfaction and sales.
Good organizational and administrative skills; knowledge of dealer management systems is a plus but not essential.
Experience in the motor trade or automotive sector is preferred but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
