We are looking for volunteers to support our Information & Communication team on our YouTube channels with an aim to maximise engagement, promote volunteering, and raise awareness of the MS Trust's campaigns. Could you help us?

• An understanding of how YouTube works.
• An understanding and experience of SEOs, trends, and creating content for social media.
• Good written communication skills, with accuracy and good attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and motivated to work independently.
• Ability to deal professionally when communicating online – remaining calm, balanced, and neutral.
• Volunteers will need their own equipment (Laptop/Tablet, broadband, etc.).
• This role is for volunteers who can spare some time during the week to carry out these tasks. It does not have to be during office hours, though occasional meetings with the MS Trust Comms team during the day may be necessary. This role can be carried out from home.

What will you be doing?

We need a volunteer with a good understanding of YouTube to help us download videos and upload them to a different channel. We then need to ensure the new channel is properly set up and maintained. There may also be other social media video projects that may arise.
