What are we looking for?

A people-person with experience in successful volunteer management, comfortable communicating both with groups and individuals to motivate and optimize volunteer contributions.

Responsibilities
  • Track and support EcoCounts’ strategy and workflows
  • Break down workflows into SMART goals
  • Create engaging documentation and advertisements for tasks
  • Encourage and inspire volunteers to fulfill commitments
  • Develop incentives or rewards for volunteers
  • Manage a small budget
  • Attend at least half of weekly in-person events and additional planned events
  • Maintain active communication with trustees and directors via online platforms and messaging apps
  • Potentially serve as a trustee if desired

This role is expected to grow, and we will support the successful candidate in managing this growth, including forming teams or finding additional helpers.
