We are seeking a Company Secretary with excellent administrative skills who is passionate about helping local people with advice, information, and advocacy during these challenging times.

This is a central role for the smooth operation of the Board and governance leadership. You will manage legal compliance and oversee potential structural changes to ensure ongoing support for the community of Epsom and Ewell.

Experience in partnerships, mergers, or collaborations is a plus, especially as the organization considers structural changes.
