What will you be doing?

Through our research in the scientific field of Philanthropic Psychology, we seek to grow the human capacity to love. Our initial studies have shown how philanthropy can be doubled, while simultaneously increasing the wellbeing that donors experience as a consequence of their giving. Our challenge now is to scale the impact of this knowledge for the wider benefit of society.

We are looking for a trustee with experience in scaling innovative solutions to social problems who can help us think through the next steps of our journey. Ideally, we seek trustees with the right experiences to help guide our organization through key challenges and opportunities, including:

• Expanding our global reach and impact through innovative research initiatives
• Strengthening partnerships with organizations across the philanthropic sector
• Developing sustainable revenue models that support our charitable mission
• Advancing our thought leadership in the emerging field of philanthropic psychology
• Building a philanthropic culture that embodies our values in all that we do
