What are we looking for?

Individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and commitment, helping to broaden the diversity of thinking on our Board. No prior Trustee experience necessary; training will be provided.

Qualifications and Experience: A finance professional or someone with enthusiasm to learn, commercial experience, and understanding of SMEs. Strategic thinker capable of balancing risk and opportunity. Clear communicator able to explain financial info to non-finance specialists. Willing to engage in forecasting, budgeting, and liaising with auditors.

Our Trustees oversee the management and administration of WMASN, ensuring alignment with our vision and strategy. The Treasurer maintains oversight of financial affairs, implementing controls and procedures, and reporting on financial health. Your expertise will help shape our financial strategies.
