About the role

The Mint House is an Oxford-based charity working to grow restorative justice and practice in our city, county, and beyond. We are seeking a treasurer to join our Trustee Board.

What you will do
  • Lead all aspects of financial management, including bookkeeping, management, and annual accounts.
  • Prepare budgets, manage payroll, pension contributions, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Advise the Trustee Board on financial implications of activities and new ventures.
What we are looking for
  • Experience in financial management, with good independent judgment and strategic vision.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Understanding of trustees' legal duties and responsibilities.
Additional information

This is a voluntary position with expenses reimbursed. Meetings are held 6 times a year in Oxford. Training and support will be provided. Local knowledge is advantageous.
