A community animal rescue organization in Wales is seeking a motivated individual to lead the initiation of an Outreach Program. The role involves planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to keep dogs out of kennels and in homes, directly impacting animal welfare. Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience coordinating teams and managing resources.
This involves being responsible for planning, organising and implementing the first of our Outreach Programs and supporting the Executive.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication, problem solving, organisational, time management and risk assessment skills. The ideal candidate will be motivated, positive and want to make a genuine change in animal rescue.
What will you be doing?
Outreach aims to make a change in animal rescue by helping to keep dogs out of the kennel system and in homes as long as possible. This service is for dogs and owners in crisis. Noddfa Bach can help with food, walking, training costs and vet costs. The role involves the planning and strategy of the first Outreach. We are looking for volunteers with experience in coordinating teams, managing resources, identifying and mitigating risks.
