Qualifications

• Proven experience of managing volunteers and developing role descriptions.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills are essential.
• Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection practices are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment of volunteers through community relationships and effective materials.
• Identify opportunities for volunteer roles to support the programme and organisation.
• Collaboratively create role descriptions and person specifications for volunteer roles.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and ongoing volunteer support and supervision.
• Maintain volunteer data and ensure GDPR compliance and data retention.
• Develop stewardship and engagement materials and feedback mechanisms.
