Job summary

IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Service) in York is seeking a dedicated individual to lead and expand our volunteer programme, including a peer mentoring scheme, and ensure services align with IDAS policies.

You will build relationships with stakeholders and funders, provide training and supervision for volunteers, monitor standards, and help develop an online peer mentoring system in a supportive and flexible workplace.

  • Ensure that all volunteers have access to consistent and regular training, supervision and support.
  • Ensure that standards are continually monitored and evaluated with a view to achieving a level of excellence in the provision of volunteers and the peer mentoring service.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of an online peer mentoring system.

About The Role
