The Borgen Project offers a Nonprofit Leadership Programme, a part-time, unpaid internship aimed at developing key skills in advocacy, fundraising, and recruitment. This 12-week remote program enables individuals passionate about improving living conditions for those affected by poverty to gain insight and experience in nonprofit leadership.

The Borgen Project believes that leaders of the most powerful nations on earth should be doing more to address global poverty. The national campaign is working to make poverty a focus of U.S. and U.K. foreign policy.

The Borgen Project is an international organization that works at the political level to improve living conditions for people impacted by war, famine, and poverty.
With 20 years of experience in advocacy, The Borgen Project has supported the passage of numerous bills benefiting close to 500 million people in developing countries.
This role provides insight into key skills required to lead and develop a nonprofit organization. It is a part-time, 12-hours-per-week, 12-week unpaid remote program. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the program in fewer weeks.
Experience: No prior experience necessary. We seek passionate individuals interested in fighting poverty, regardless of GPA or background.
Details: This is an unpaid internship; college credit may be available.
Start Date: New programs start monthly. You can choose your start month.
