Join us as a Volunteer Non-executive Finance Director at Bristol Tree Craft CIC, a small and vibrant community interest company based in Bristol, dedicated to nature-based mental health support.

About the role

We are seeking a non-executive director with a strong background in financial management and operations, ideally with experience in the third sector. You will be part of a friendly team making a positive impact on Bristol's communities!

What you will do
  • Assist in developing governance structures and financial controls
  • Help prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Manage Company House processes, including end-of-year accounts and statutory filings
  • Oversee HMRC processes, tax returns, payroll, PAYE, and pensions
  • Support business development and growth strategies
