The role includes supporting service users with queries, coordinating appointments, and assisting with registration forms. Ideal candidates are positive role models, with strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach. This is a volunteering position requiring commitment to confidentiality and procedures.
At Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential.
We strive to ensure our services are warm and welcoming environments. You will be supporting reception dealing with initial queries, coordinating appointments, signposting to support available within the service and the community.
Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience so your role will be to make them feel at ease offering to make them a drink and supporting them to complete their registration form.
