What difference will you make?

Becoming a Trustee at NiB is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference. You’ll be part of a passionate team driving positive change for neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. What will you be doing?

About Us: NiB’s mission is to raise awareness and acceptance of neurodivergent people in the workplace. We support employers in creating inclusive environments, sharing best practices on recruitment, retention, and empowerment, and advocating for improved employment conditions for neurodivergent individuals.

The Trustee Role: As a Trustee, you will play a crucial role in shaping NiB’s strategic direction, ensuring sound governance, and supporting the organisation’s continued growth and impact.
