About Us: NiB’s mission is to raise awareness and acceptance of neurodivergent people in the workplace. We support employers in creating inclusive environments, sharing best practices on recruitment, retention, and empowerment, and advocating for improved employment conditions for neurodivergent individuals.
The Trustee Role: As a Trustee, you will play a crucial role in shaping NiB’s strategic direction, ensuring sound governance, and supporting the organisation’s continued growth and impact. Trustees provide oversight and guidance on key areas such as governance, finance, legal compliance, risk management, and operational effectiveness.
Attend monthly remote Trustee meetings (approx. 10 per year) and the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Dedicate time to reviewing Board papers and contributing to discussions. Provide advice and guidance in your area of expertise when needed.
