We are a small community charity looking for an IT advisor to help with our core IT admin and system setup

What difference will you make?

Your help with our IT admin will ensure we can function more efficiently and focus on our core activity of serving the community without the frustrations we currently experience due to lack of time or expertise to sort out computer issues when they arise.

What are we looking for?

Experience of setting up laptops, installing software, setting up shared drives, GDPR compliance, troubleshooting IT issues, etc Interest in community support and grass roots community projects

What will you be doing?

We are a small but impactful local charity running a community support hub in Lower Green, a lower income community on the edge of Esher. We need help with our IT admin and system setup so we spend less time sorting out computer issues and more time supporting people in the community. We are looking for a volunteer to help us use IT efficiently and to troubleshoot and resolve laptop, network and software issues when they occur. As we grow and invest in more equipment and software solutions we need help to ensure we are getting the most out of our IT system as well as being compliant with GDPR.
