Job Description:

ICP Foundation exists to empower underrepresented youth through creativity, mentorship, and entrepreneurial thinking. From masterclass events like Inner Circle to dynamic programmes such as Circuit and Momentum Chronicles, we build platforms where young people lead, grow, and create.

As we expand our reach, we're looking for a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer to help shape the visual presence of our projects and campaigns.

Role Overview

This is an opportunity to create meaningful design work in an environment driven by purpose and innovation. You will contribute directly to brand development and campaign execution for a growing youth organisation with national ambitions.

This role offers high visibility across all ICP initiatives and the chance to work alongside emerging and established leaders in the creative industry. Based on performance and commitment, this position could lead to a paid part-time role within 2–6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design brand-consistent graphics for use across social media, websites, events, digital publications, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with project leads and content teams on campaign design and creative rollouts
  • Develop templates and design systems that align with ICP’s brand identity
  • Contribute ideas during monthly creative strategy calls (remote or in-person)
  • Support the visual storytelling of projects like Create. Post. Repeat., Veyu, Thrive, and more

What We're Looking For

  • A student, recent graduate, or freelance designer looking to apply and grow their creative skills in a meaningful way
  • Strong sense of visual identity, layout, and design principles
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
  • A proactive and responsive approach to collaboration and feedback
  • Alignment with ICP Foundation’s values of creativity, impact, and youth empowerment

Bonus (not required)

  • Knowledge of short-form video content design (e.g., Instagram reels covers, motion graphics)
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and storytelling in digital spaces
  • Experience or interest in working within community-based or youth-focused projects

What You'll Gain

  • Real-world experience designing for an emerging brand with active community impact
  • Feature and credit across digital channels, events, and ICP platforms
  • Exposure to senior creatives, media professionals, and guest speakers in the industry
  • Invitations to exclusive events and learning sessions
  • A formal reference, LinkedIn endorsement, and the potential for paid freelance or part-time work within the organisation
