Role Overview:

Bright Futures UK seeks compassionate and knowledgeable individuals to mentor young people living with serious illnesses. Your role will be vital in empowering these young individuals to take control of their health and future, helping them achieve their goals despite their challenges.

What We're Looking For:

  • Expertise in University and College Application Processes: Experience advising young people on their futures, including personal statements and application procedures such as UCAS.
  • Mentoring and Communication Skills: Ability to offer guidance and support with clarity and empathy.
  • Flexibility and Commitment: Willingness to dedicate 6 weeks to 1-hour online mentoring sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct six online mentoring sessions.
  • Provide advice related to applying to universities and further education institutions.
