What are we looking for?

Background in evaluation, social research, or impact assessment, ideally in a health or social care setting. Strong data analysis skills – proficiency with tools such as Excel, SPSS, NVivo, or similar platforms. Excellent report writing skills with an ability to tailor content for different audiences. Experience working with sensitive data and a good understanding of data confidentiality and ethical considerations. Knowledge of dementia-related issues is a plus but not essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What will you be doing?

Location Remote or in person Time Commitment flexible Duration project based, report due end of August 2025 About Us ADSS are a dedicated dementia charity committed to improving the lives of PLwD, caregivers and professionals through support, advocacy, and community-based initiatives. Our work is guided by compassion, respect, and a deep belief in the value and dignity of every individual. Each year, we evaluate our services and programs to better understand their impact and identify ways to improve. Role Overview We are looking for a professional volunteer with expertise in evaluation, data analysis, and report writing to support our annual evaluation process. This role will play a key part in helping us understand the effectiveness of our services, inform strategic decisions, and communicate our impact to funders, partners, and the wider community. Key Responsibilities Analyse qualitative and quantitative data from our annual evaluations, which may include feedback from people living with dementia, caregivers, staff, and volunteers. Identify key findings, trends, and actionable insights to inform program development. Prepare clear and engaging reports that communicate outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders. Support the development of visual aids (charts, graphs, infographics) to enhance data presentation. Collaborate with our team to ensure insights are used to improve service delivery and strengthen our impact.
