• Experience in starting or leading non-profit organizations or charities.
• Proven board experience, preferably in leadership roles such as trustee or chairperson, with strong governance knowledge.
• Leadership experience in non-profit or start-up sectors, with a record of organizational growth and impact.
• Successful fundraising and partnership development skills, including securing diverse funding sources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
