Job Description

We're on the lookout for compassionate individuals to support the daily operations of our Wellbeing and Support Hub. This is a hands-on, administrative role where you'll play a key part in helping patients and carers feel at ease while assisting with essential tasks that keep things running efficiently.

What you'll be part of:

  • Managing and updating records through Microsoft Office
  • Introducing patients and carers to our Wellbeing and Support services
  • Communicating important information relating to the Wellbeing and Support Hub with families and staff
  • Helping families by organising transport when needed
  • Ensuring a seamless experience

You'd be a great fit if you:

  • Are friendly and enjoy helping others
  • Have polite phone manners and can communicate well
  • Enjoy listening to others and are non-judgmental
  • Like to work independently while being a reliable part of the team
  • Like to ensure high standards of service
  • Comfortable using Email, Microsoft Office and Telephone
