A leading charity seeks a Volunteer Accountant to ensure careful management of donations and compliance with financial regulations. RoleOverview:The Volunteer Accountant roleis vital for ensuring we carefully manage donations and use funds for the benefit of our beneficiaries. We want to be transparent and be able to give funders and the broader public confidence in our financial management and operations. TheVolunteerAccountant will work closely with the Treasurer and assist with various financial tasks, including management and annual accounts, gift aid and VAT claims, and ensuring compliance with Charity Commission expectations.
