We are looking for a Volume Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition team. This role sits within the wider People team function at Funding Circle and our TA team are part of all new Circlers journeys. They support applicants through the hiring process whilst partnering with the wider business on recruitment and related initiatives.

The Volume Recruiter role focuses heavily on delivery in our customer facing ‘Funnel’ Teams across Sales and Operations. These are predominantly entry level and junior roles, but will fluctuate based on business requirements.
