Job summary

Sytner Group are seeking a Permanent Sales Executive in the UK, offering a basic salary of £20,000 with the potential to earn generous commission. You will be the key contact for customers at our dealerships, delivering first-class service during the car buying journey.

The role may involve weekend patterns, with an OTE of £50,000 and a company car plus subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family, as well as discounts on MOT and servicing and gym/high street discounts.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and customer service experience for face-to-face engagements.
• Sales background or experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on the journey to buying a new car.
• Deliver first-class customer service and engage with customers face-to-face.

About the role

North Wales Volkswagen have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £50,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
