We are looking to recruit a Volunteer Police Cadet Compliance Officer. The Cadets scheme aims to give young people between the ages of 13-17 years the opportunity to develop their qualities and skills through a structured programme. We are seeking volunteers, with a keen eye for detail, to join our team to ensure that the delivery of our cadet programme meets the National Standards and ensures safeguarding of all our cadets.
Purpose of the Role: Ensuring quality assurance of Cadet programme and adherence to safeguarding standards.
Cadets are held at the following locations during term time only between 6pm - 8pm:
Successful applicants can conduct the role at one or more of the designated sites. The QA minimum requirement is 2 spot checks per half term at each allocated cadet unit. The sessions are two hours long.
