Qualifications

• Strong IT knowledge required.
• Previous experience in voids is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience within the housing sector is a plus.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• SSSTS certification needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Void Projects for the contract area.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
• Manage completion of works in line with KPI targets.
• Support subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.
• Provide quotes to clients ensuring value for money.
• Liaise with various teams and external parties.
• Ensure compliance in safety standards.
• Attend weekly client meetings.
• Conduct post-inspections.
