Job summary

Lampton Group is seeking a Supervisor - Voids based in Feltham to lead a team delivering contracted services for the London Borough of Hounslow. This temporary role (3 months, potential to extend to 6) offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary around £45,000–£47,979 pro rata, plus van and fuel card.

You will oversee trade operatives, ensure safety compliance, and drive service excellence while maintaining paperwork and vehicle standards. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role.
Experience in Social Housing Repairs is desirable.
Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of skilled trade operatives, providing guidance and support.
Ensure in-house and contractor work meets high standards with regular site visits.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to discuss performance and wellbeing.
Schedule labour effectively and allocate resources where most needed.
Maintain company vehicles and ensure tools are safe and compliant.
