Location: Kent

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm)

Salary: £26,189 per annum, plus either a company vehicle or £4,000 vehicle allowance per annum.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Voids Operative to join our team in Kent. This is a crucial role where you'll ensure all our properties are meticulously prepared and made compliant for their next occupants.

Responsibilities
  • Property Preparation: Be responsible for making sure all void properties are clean, hygienic, and ready to meet our high standards.
  • Maintenance & Rectification: Handle minor repairs and defects to get properties fit for purpose.
  • Rubbish Removal: Manage the removal of rubbish and waste from sites, arranging for its collection.
  • Compliance & Records: Adhere to company procedures, ensuring all cleaning and defect records are accurate and up to date.
