About the role

As a Void Supervisor, you will oversee the daily delivery of responsive repairs and void preparation, managing service partners and subcontractors to ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will monitor performance, drive efficiency, and work closely with the Delivery Manager to maintain service excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in Housing Repairs & Maintenance, managing contractors and service partners.
• Desirable: HNC or equivalent in a technical or trade-related field.
• Strong understanding of Schedule of Rates, compliance, and contract management.
• Confident in managing performance and communicating effectively, both digitally and interpersonally.
