Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM with some flexibility based on appointment times)
Location: Covers from Warminster to Gloucester, but will depend on successful candidates location
Salary: Between £32,000 and £35,000 dependent on experience

Voids Supervisor (Accommodation) – Step Into Leadership with VIVO!

About the role:

Working in a team of 3, in this role you will oversee void property maintenance, ensuring all homes meet the highest standards before new occupants move in. You will carry out void WIP inspections, conduct joint inspections with service partners, and drive productivity in the subcontracted team, ensuring they are supported, motivated, and working effectively. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will help deliver on customer, operational, and financial targets, ensuring that performance meets our KPIs and service level agreements. You will also be responsible for managing subcontractors, overseeing their work to maintain quality and efficiency.

You will be travelling to Void properties throughout Wiltshire in a provided work van (with fuel card), with the patch covered by the contract being approximately two hours. The successful candidate will be allocated a patch dependent on their location.

What we offer:

• This role is perfect for someone with previous experience in void maintenance or a trade background who is looking to progress into supervision.
• You should hold a Level 2 diploma or NVQ in a maintenance trade (or equivalent) and have strong communication, leadership, and IT skills.
• A good understanding of Schedule of Rates and Health & Safety regulations will also be beneficial.
