Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Voice Actors and Voice Coaches to support an AI project focused on advanced voice and speech technology. You’ll apply expertise in voice performance, vocal pedagogy, and audio quality to evaluate recordings and provide detailed technical assessments.

No prior AI experience is required; your domain knowledge matters. Responsibilities include analyzing recordings, evaluating vocal quality and prosody, identifying accents, and producing clear reports to support AI

Qualifications

• Experience as voice actor or coach or dialect coach in related fields.
• Strong knowledge of speech analysis, prosody, phonetics and vocal quality.
• Understand resonance, voice placement, phonation, and breath control.
• Experience evaluating audio or recording quality.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Reliable internet and headphones for audio assessment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze speech recordings and provide structured assessments using professional voice terminology.
• Evaluate vocal quality, resonance, phonation, pitch, intonation, rhythm, tempo, and breath support.
• Identify accents, dialects and phonetic characteristics when identifiable.
• Assess emotional tone, energy, articulation, and delivery style.
• Evaluate recording quality, including microphones, devices, room acoustics and environments.
• Produce clear technical reports to support AI voice and speech training.
• Provide objective feedback while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
