Job summary

LINEAGE LOGISTICS HOLDINGS, LLC is seeking a warehouse picker to operate in a high-volume environment. You will pick cartons according to the pick notes or Voice instructions, stack and wrap stock for safe transit, and ensure pallet IDs are correctly labeled and recorded on the notes.

You will monitor equipment, perform pre-shift checks, report any damage or unsafe conditions, and adhere to health and safety policies while maintaining a clean, organized picking area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• On a shift basis, pick all cartons stated on the pick notes or instructed by Voice, and stack and wrap stock for safe transit.
• Check quantities against pick notes or provide digits to Voice to ensure exact picks and correctly completed notes.
• Ensure picked pallet quantities are recorded on the notes and pallet ID labels are attached to pallets.
• Report visual discrepancies such as damaged cartons or unsafe working conditions to the team leader.
• Monitor MHE and carry out pre-shift inspections; report defects to line manager.
• Follow all company procedures to maintain a safe and efficient picking environment.
