I am a typical 18 year boy living in the area of Barry with my family. I am a cheeky chap, always happy and confident. I enjoy listening to rap music and playing on my Xbox. I was born with a diagnosis of Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy is a form of cerebral palsy that affects both an individual’s arms and legs, and often the torso and face. This means that I use an electric wheelchair to mobilise. I do not have any other health conditions. I like having a laugh and love making people smile, I can sometime swear a lot and love banter with my peers
PURPOSE OF JOB
I am looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) that will support me to go out and socialise and remain as independent as possible. This will include accessing public transport and driving on occasion my van. As a result, the PA must be confident in using public transport and hold a drivers licence.
PLACE OF WORK
In and around the area of Barry
HOURS OF WORK
3 hours per week
17:00-20:00 weekdays
Any time after 10:00 on the weekend
RATE OF PAY
£15.00 per hour
