VodafoneThree Consumer Operations is seeking a proactive Vendor Relations professional to shape and guide our multi-vendor strategy. You will collaborate with external suppliers, align plans with business goals, and lead early vendor engagement.

The role emphasizes independent problem-solving and building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation. Hybrid work setup with office and home balance is supported, requiring 2-3 days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with vendors or third-party suppliers (ideally outside retail environments).
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with the confidence to work independently and bring forward ideas and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including direct vendor interactions.
• Experience collaborating with external partners or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Build and embed a forward-looking vendor strategy with 2-year milestones.
• Partner with vendors to align plans with BU objectives and wider business needs.
• Move vendor engagement from last-minute to early, structured collaboration.
• Bring fresh perspectives to how vendor processes are designed and executed.
• Independently assess current ways of working and propose improvements.
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with third-party suppliers and manage difficult conversations.
• Act as a key contact between stakeholders and vendors, ensuring clarity and accountability.
