What you'll do
  • Create and maintain rapport with customers, understanding their needs and delivering a first-time right experience that exceeds sales targets.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes, ensuring customers are well-informed to make decisions.
  • Deliver outstanding service, take ownership of customer needs, and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while complying with company and regulatory policies.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development aligned with company standards.
  • Undergo security vetting as required.
Who you are
  • Level-headed, enthusiastic, energetic, and driven.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and owning the sales process.
  • Able to work some weekends and weekdays, including Bank Holidays.
Working Hours

32 hours per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
