Job description

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.

What you'll do
  1. Support the project manager in creating project plans and tracking daily progress.
  2. Identify and prevent potential issues and scope creep.
  3. Maintain the Risk and Issue register, identifying new risks and response strategies.
  4. Implement mitigation when issues arise.
  5. Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and support the Project/Programme Manager in producing regular reports and presentations and attend regular customer meetings.
  6. Drive delivery teams to achieve target dates for the Customer.
  7. Proactively resolve challenges or escalate them for support when necessary.
  8. Ensure individual time is accurately recorded in relevant systems (e.g., EPPM) against the Project/Programme spend.
  9. Maintain a tracker of Project/Programme spend and advise of any risks to overspend.
  10. Assimilate multiple sources of information and report clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, using appropriate methods.
  11. Have experience working in a challenging, customer-facing role, preferably delivery, with a good understanding of the process and procedures needed to deliver standard services.
  12. Build relationships across relevant areas of the business and with external stakeholders.
  13. Work independently and as part of a team.
  14. Knowledge of customer environment is preferable but not mandatory.
  15. PRINCE2 foundation (or working towards).
  16. Proficient planning and organisational skills.
  17. Advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  18. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  19. Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
Working Hours

Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Hybrid work model, working both in the office and remotely, with 2-3 days in the office each week.
