A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Programme Test and QA Manager to oversee testing and quality assurance on complex projects. You will ensure solutions meet customer requirements, manage test strategies, and work closely with programme managers. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in testing large-scale technology projects, particularly in SDWAN and data centres, along with an understanding of automation and quality assurance practices. Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri
As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of Vodafone’s UK offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.
As a Programme Test and QA Manager you will ensure detailed testing and test management is performed on complex customer projects to agreed standards. You will be responsible for assuring that the built solution matches the specified customer requirements and design specification.
You will act as Programme Test Manager for large or complex projects working in conjunction with Programme managers and managing Test Managers where applicable.
It is your role to perform Quality Assurance, govern sign off and quality gates as specified in the testing process.
You will have ownership and production of the programme test strategy and subsequent test artefacts.
