Location: Birmingham Office + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.
What You’ll Do
You will be:
- Coordinating, managing, updating, closing and reporting of the Incident Management ticketing queue, including management of 3rd party suppliers
- Ensuring all Incidents are managed in accordance to the COM, operational procedures and SLAs / OLAs
- Working closely with technical leads and engineering teams on working practices and engineer capabilities
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting the production of customer reporting, present reports and chair customer meetings as required
- Be involved in the demand, capability and forecast of resources in the Sovereign NOC for MES
- Working with commercial and pre-sales teams to support new customer bids and to understand bid requirements and ensuring contractual obligations related to technical as and support are met
Who You Are
You will:
- Have an ability to work in a logical manner and prioritise key tasks for a fast paced, multi disciplined work function
- Have an ability to keep accurate information and records to allow easy cross referencing of tickets
- Provide administrative support for Engineering managers and Central Operations functions
- Have an ability to work both independently and as part of a team/wider function
- Have experience of Bid Management, Forecasting of resources, product management
- An understanding of networking engineering products, working practices and processes is desirable
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Applications
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Power suite is desirable
- Understanding of ITILv4 methodologies
- Understanding of Agile working practices
