Location: Speechmark + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.

What you’ll do

The Fixed Segment team handles our broadband business, which is the fastest growing consumer broadband service in the UK. Within the commercial and trading team, we create our pricing strategy and design offers and promotions that shake up the market to meet our revenue, margin, and net adds goals. We also develop the business cases for all new broadband products, establish our yearly budgets, and create and implement our trading plans.

Role purpose – This is the Commercial Specialist role in our Commercial & Trading team – you will manage our annual budgeting & rolling forecast processes, the design and delivery of our pricing & offers strategy. You’ll work closely with our wider trading team (Base, Channels & Indirect partners) to ensure alignment on expected performance across annual budget builds & rolling forecasts.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Budget and Rolling Forecasts : Evaluates market trends to create the annual budget and Rolling Forcast strategies. Main point of contact for the segment for commercial teams (retention, cross-sell, channels, finance)
  • Business Cases: Overseeing cross-functional business case requests, collaborating closely with the finance team to assess benefits and offer strategic commercial guidance. Leading commercial initiatives from launch to post-implementation review (PIR)
  • Commercial Governance: Accountable for monitoring business case demand & processes, as well as stock management with Supply Chain




Who you are

  • Ability to coordinate individuals from various business functions to achieve results
  • Knowledge of the UK Fixed market
