Great opportunity to join a fantastic team within this well-known International Multi-Channel Broadcaster in West London.

Operations Co-ordinator - VOD

My client is looking for someone with experience in VOD Content Operations at a coordinator level to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover starting in early July.

Must live within commuting distance to West London - Hybrid role: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH

The role requires excellent written and spoken English communication skills, as you will liaise with various internal and external departments.

Technical skills:

Experience in Content Operations and VOD is essential.

Solid understanding of XML, Metadata, different file formats, and workflows within broadcast.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge of scheduling systems, preferably Provys or similar.

The Role:

Within the Operations team, you will work across multiple areas of linear and VOD Content Delivery, coordinating localization file delivery, supporting FAST channel management, and VOD workflows.

• Manage VOD/FAST assets through various stages, including schedule preparation, media ordering, metadata and image creation, tracking deliverables, and updating performance metrics.
• Coordinate with European studios for dubbing and subtitles delivery in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with planning teams on content selection and initiate workflows for processing video content, metadata, and images.

Applicants should have prior experience in VOD Content Operations within the Broadcast TV industry.
