Great opportunity to join a fantastic team within this well-known International Multi-Channel Broadcaster in West London.

Operations Co-ordinator - VOD

My client is looking for someone with experience in VOD Content Operations at a coordinator level to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover starting in early July.

Must live within commuting distance to West London - Hybrid role, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH

The role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, as you will liaise with various internal and external departments.

Technical skills:

Experience in Content Operations and VOD

Solid understanding of XML, Metadata, different file formats, and workflows within broadcast.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Understanding of scheduling systems, preferably Provys or similar.

The Role:

Within the Operations team, you will work across multiple areas of linear and VOD Content Delivery, coordinating localisation file delivery, assisting with FAST channel management, and supporting VOD workflows.

• Manage VOD/FAST assets through various stages, prepare schedules, handle media ordering, create product metadata, generate images, track deliverables, and update performance metrics.
• Collaborate with studios across Europe to deliver dubbing and subtitles files promptly.
• Coordinate with planning teams on content selection and initiate workflows for processing video content, metadata, and images.
