Great opportunity to join a fantastic team within this well-known international multi-channel broadcaster in West London.

Operations Coordinator - VOD

My client is looking for someone with experience in VOD Content Operations at a coordinator level to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover starting in early July.

Must live within commuting distance to West London - Hybrid role, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH

The role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, as you will liaise with various internal and external departments.

Technical skills:

• Experience in Content Operations and VOD
• Strong understanding of XML, Metadata, file formats, and workflows within broadcast
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Knowledge of scheduling systems, preferably Provys or similar

The Role:

Within the Operations team, you will handle multiple aspects of linear and VOD content delivery, including localization file management, FAST channel management, and VOD workflows.

• Manage VOD/FAST assets through various stages, including scheduling, media ordering, metadata and image creation, tracking deliverables, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with European studios to deliver dubbing and subtitles in a timely manner.
• Work with planning teams on content selection and initiate workflows for video content processing, metadata, and images.
