Great opportunity to join a well-known International Multi-Channel Broadcaster in West London.

Operations Co-ordinator - VOD

My client is seeking an individual with experience in VOD Content Operations at a coordinator level for a 12-month maternity cover starting in early July.

Requirements:

• Must live within commuting distance to West London - hybrid role, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for liaising with internal and external departments.
• Technical skills include experience with Content Operations and VOD, solid understanding of XML, Metadata, and broadcast file workflows.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of scheduling systems, preferably Provys or similar.

The Role:

Within the Operations team, you will manage multiple aspects of linear and VOD Content Delivery, including localisation file delivery, FAST channel management, and VOD workflows.

• Manage VOD/FAST assets through various stages, including scheduling, media ordering, metadata and image creation, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with European studios for dubbing and subtitles delivery.
• Work with planning teams on content selection and initiate workflows for video content processing and metadata management.
