Salary: £16,126 - £16,396 per annum (G02)

Work base: Conwy Education Centre

Canolfan Addysg Conwy seeks to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The successful applicant should have experience of working with and supporting young people, ideally, within the framework of a PRU. They will be expected to support access to learning and provide general support to the teacher in the management of students and the classroom. The successful applicant will be employed on a contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of teaching assistants.

Due to the nature of the post, the successful candidate will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service. It is a requirement that the successful candidate will need to register with the Education Workforce Council prior to commencing employment.
