Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Vocational Services team and help people with disabilities pursue meaningful employment through personalised, employment-focused support.

The role typically runs 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to develop specialist skills in employment support and vocational services. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

• Build positive and trusting relationships with the people you support
• Deliver personalised employment-focused support and coaching
• Support individuals with vocational profiling, job searching, CV preparation and interview skills

• Work with employers to create inclusive employment opportunities
• Provide ongoing support to help people sustain employment and achieve positive outcomes
• Collaborate with community organisations, referral partners and other professionals
• Maintain accurate records and support programme outcomes
• Promote independence, confidence, wellbeing and social inclusion
