Juniper Training is seeking a Part-Time Vocational/Employability Tutor to empower the next generation. In this role, you will deliver engaging training sessions, assess learner progress, and support their development. Part-Time Vocational/Employability Tutor – Inspire. Mentor. Transform.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver Dynamic Training – Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
Assess & Feedback – Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
Develop the Curriculum – Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills.
Support & Mentor – Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
Keep Records Up to Date – Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments (we promise, just the important stuff!).
Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Stay Ahead of the Game – Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
A passion for helping people succeed
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)
Bonus points if you’ve worked as an Employability Tutor before (but not essential!)

Salary & Hours

The advertised salary will be pro-rata, based on the agreed hours.

Our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
